Urban Housing ("Urban") was founded and is managed by real estate owners and investors like you. Simply stated, we ?get it? and manage your properties as if they were our own. We have in-house financial, legal and maintenance experts as well as real estate agents and brokers on our team. We also have an in-house leasing staff to minimize downtime in turning units. Additionally, the two company principals consist of a former Deloitte & Touche management consultant and a real estate attorney, broker and developer with a degree from USC who presently serves as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law.


The purpose of most investments is to maximize returns. In operating multi-family housing, this means, at a minimum, achieving market rent, keeping vacancy at a minimum and holding down operating expenses while managing and reducing deferred maintenance. Urban Housing has a proven record of achieving market rents and maintaining high occupancy rates. We have maintenance staff in-house for most needs and also work with quality craftsman and contractors to manage both the everyday and larger renovation requirements of your property at a fair price.


Our experience extends to HUD, LAHD, Santa Monica housing and rent control, HACLA, Los Angeles County Health Department, the Los Angeles City Council, the Mayor?s Office and numerous other governmental departments. We have extensive experience representing owners in all municipal and legal hearings, and we know how to navigate and minimize the complications these agencies cause property owners. We also, upon request, perform your evictions for you from notice to judgment.
